Get Involved
You, your business or your high school can pledge to be involved with Educating Girls Globally. Since 2013, when EGG was founded, over 50 different high schools from across the globe (including Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Singapore, the UK, and the USA) have pledged to support and follow EGG. Many more individuals and groups have also pledged their support.
EGG provides those involved with a chance make a change to thousands of lives. For high schools, it also provides an opportunity to build relationships with schools from all parts of the world and together, change lives through the gift of an education.
For a school to be a part of EGG, they must hold a fundraising event during the school year; and we also encourage them to actively raise awareness of the issue of girls' education in the developing world. EGG is a student-led initiative, so it will be up to the student leaders within their respective school to plan and implement their fundraising activity. Once the money has been raised, it will be need to be transferred into the secured Educating Girls Globally bank account.
